About Camp Gielas
Welcome to Camp Gielas – part of Laponia Resort!
Comfortable and child-friendly accommodation in various sizes
With us, accommodation is available in both cabins and campsites. Our campsites offer electricity and service houses.
Our cabins are available in slightly different designs with room for up to 6 people.
In total, we have 60 cottage apartments, 5 cottages and 80 campsites with electricity.
The campsite on the pine heath
Gielas means pine heath and in 1987 this beautiful place had to give way to Camp Gielas.
Here there is a swimming area in the lake, washing iron, tennis, mini golf and proximity to the village’s best gym. Around the knot is a golf course, stables and the equestrian stadium – a training facility with ski tracks and a shooting range for biathlon. From here you can ski all the way to Vittjåkk!
Camp Gielas offers accommodation close to nature with activities both in the camping area and in the surrounding nature. Our guests have walking distance to most everything, both shopping and restaurants.
